Returns Eligibility and Process

At Harry's, you can request a return if an eligible product does not meet your expectations. To qualify for a return, please meet the following conditions:

Return the product unused and in a condition suitable for resale.
Ensure the product is free from any damage that occurred after delivery.
Include the original packaging when applicable.
Return all parts, accessories, and items that came with the product.

We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet these standards.

Made-to-order merchandise
Digital products
Gift cards
Final-sale merchandise
Products that have been used, washed, worn, modified, or damaged

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, Harry's will review your return request. If approved, refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the order.

The timing for your refund to appear may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Harry's promptly after delivery. We may ask for photos, order details, or other information to verify the problem. Based on the situation, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers returning products due to personal preference or change of mind are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is a result of an error on our part, such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, we will coordinate the appropriate shipping arrangements.
